After graduating from Bornova Anatolian High School, one of Turkey’s leading schools, Rabia Altunay continued her education at Ege University in the Psychological Counseling and Guidance undergraduate program. Due to her interest in the field of Human Resources, she completed her master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Career Counseling at Ankara University.

After working as an Education Consultant and Global Relations Coordinator between 2008-2011, she worked as a Human Resources and Recruitment Consultant in large-scale and global companies such as Logo Yazılım, Yaşar Holding, Vestel, Avandel Salesforce and Asseco SEE. Throughout her career, she has gained strong expertise in the fields of human resources, recruitment, employer branding and career counseling.

In 2017, she successfully completed the global proficiency exam administered by LinkedIn and received the title of “LinkedIn Certified Professional”. In the same year, she founded RC Group Human Resources and Career Consultancy Services and started to provide professional consultancy services at both individual and corporate levels by creating the brands RecoverCV, Recruit IT and Linkedtips.

Since 2017, through LinkedTips, she has been providing LinkedIn-focused services for individuals and companies as well as trainings on LinkedIn and LinkedIn tools on their effective use to help professionals achieve their goals. While providing Human Resources and Recruitment Consultancy services in the IT sector with Recruit IT, she continues to support over 1000 professionals from different sectors in their career journeys through RecoverCV.
