Elif Nur Pehlevan graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Philosophy in 2023. Afterwards, she studied Graphic Design at Istanbul University. During her undergraduate education, she worked as a Social Media Assistant at Omni Psychotherapy & Counselling, where she effectively managed digital platforms. After graduating, she improved herself in the field of human resources by interning in various human resources functions at Sport Center Academy. She gained valuable experience in human resources, employee training, organization management and leadership as a Management Trainee at Vitelco.

In 2024, she started working as a LinkedIn Content Writer, IT Recruitment Assistant and Human Resources and Career Consultant within RC Group Human Resources and Career Consultancy Services.
